Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Cowgirl Wear, we want every one of our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us by mail within 30 calendar days for an exchange or refund in your original form of payment.

Cowgirl Wear will replace, at our cost, any items that are deemed defective or damaged due to manufacturing malfunction. A valid invoice or receipt including the date of purchase must be presented to qualify for all returns or exchanges under the Cowgirl Wear warranty. 

Proof of damage or defect must be presented in picture form and submitted to support@cowgirlwear.com or submit return/exchange form at the end of the policy. Upon review and approval by return authorization department customers will receive credit either by means of initial payment or as a credit to their Cowgirl Wear account.

Refunds will only be issued at the discretion of the return authorization department for damaged or defective merchandise. 

Cowgirl Wear does NOT warranty reading glasses or sunglasses.

Examples of qualifying manufacturing defects include issues with zipper construction, loose stitching or lining, hardware or embellishment malfunction.

Our manufacturer's warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, neglect, or accidents. Some examples of what will not be covered under our warranty are stains or color transfer from clothing dye, beverages or inclement weather, damage from curious pets, scratched, soiled spots or marks from normal use, discoloration from moisture, lost or stolen items, exposure to chemicals or products with alcohol, general improper care. 

If for any reason a retail customer is not satisfied with their purchase, a request for an exchange may be submitted to support@cowgirlwear.com or submit form below no more than 30 calendar days from original invoice date and all ORIGINAL TAGS MUST still be attached to handbag. Cowgirl Wear does NOT offer repair, cleaning, or refurbishing services.

How to request return & exchange?

Returns and exchanges can be processed with a 10% restocking fee.  Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. All return or exchange requests must be submitted to support@cowgirlwear.com or fill the form below. Please include the following information:

1. Web order number, purchase order number or invoice number.

2. If there is no order or invoice number available please submit an image of proof of purchase.

3.To be eligible for an exchange or return, the product must be unused, and all original tags must still be attached. It must also be in its original packaging. 

4. Include an image of the item that is to be returned, if the item is damaged or defective please include a detailed image of the items flaw as well.

5.Gift cards and Sale items are 'Final Sale” and are not eligible for returns.

6.Damaged or missing merchandise must be reported within 10 days of receipt of the package.

7. Preferred resolution. Example:

Please issue a credit to my Cowgirl Wear account for use on future purchase

Please replace item with identical item or most similar item

Please issue a refund by original means of payment

Please issue partial credit to my Cowgirl Wear account for future purchase

Allow five business days to complete all return and exchange claims in addition to three business days to process a received return package.

Please be aware that: 

* Cowgirl Wear cannot issue a refund for any shipping fees incurred on customers behalf.

* All return shipments must be coordinated with customer service prior to shipment.

* Any return package to Cowgirl Wear that has not been coordinated prior to shipment will be refused at delivery.

* Please be sure to use an insured and traceable shipping method to return any package to Cowgirl Wear at sender's expense, Cowgirl Wear is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen in transit.

* Lack of response on a returns claim query will be abandoned and voided after 30 calendar days.

* For the consideration of our return processing department we ask that each claim be submitted separately.

Please follow the easy steps below: Submit your return to support@cowgirlwear.com along with the invoice or order number. 

  1. Carefully repack your product and include the form in the box.

  2. Once we receive your package, our warehouse will check the item and then process the return or exchange.

  3. If the item is damaged or defective, please provide an image of the entire item and a detailed image of the damaged part.

  4. You can contact us by email support@cowgirlwear.com if you have any questions or concerns.

Return packages must match shipping or billing address listed on invoice.  Please make sure to include a sheet of paper with instructions (Do you want to exchange or return the item for refund, etc.) and address your package to:

FAQs

What can I return?

You can return or exchange any item that is in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) or defective within 30 calendar days of purchase. Final clearance items are not refundable or exchangeable.

What if I want a refund but I used a gift card?

We make all refunds in the original form of payment. So, if you used a Cowgirl Wear’s gift card to make your purchase, you will receive a new gift card.

Do you accept international returns?

Currently we do not accept refunds or exchanges outside of the US.
