Warranty exclusions: normal wear, stains, color transfers, pet damage, moisture discoloration, lost/stolen items, or damage from chemicals. We don't warranty reading glasses or sunglasses.
Return/exchange requests: submit to support@cowgirlwear.com within 30 days. Ensure original tags remain on the item. We don't offer repair, cleaning, or refurbishing services.

After approval, pack the item securely with the included form.
