All orders over $79 enjoy free standard shipping to contiguous U.S. (excluding Alaska & Hawaii. Free standard shipping for orders over $99 in other countries except the United States).
Standard shipping usually takes 4-6 business days to arrive. Sales tax is required where applicable.
USPS Priority shipping usually takes 2-4 business days to arrive. It will be charged $19. Sales tax is required where applicable.
Most orders will ship out in 1-3 business days. A business day is Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
If you order more than one item, it’s possible that your order will be split into different packages because we send from different warehouses. Under that circumstance, your order invoice will be in one of your packages.
Note: Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
Returns and exchanges can be processed with a 10% restocking fee. A sales receipt/Invoice must be included. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. To be eligible for an exchange or return, the product must be unused, and all original tags must still be attached. It must also be in its original packaging.
Gift cards and Sale items are 'Final Sale” and are not eligible for returns.
Damaged or missing merchandise must be reported within 10 days of receipt of the package.

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds from other Retailers or Websites.
At Cowgirl Wear, we want every one of our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us by mail within 30 days for an exchange or refund in your original form of payment.

Carefully repack your product and include the form in the box.
Once we receive your package, our warehouse will check the item and then process the return or exchange.
If the item is damaged or defective, please provide an image of the entire item and a detailed image of the damaged part.
